Paid my update, system wont update and keeps crashing!!

Hello, i did a factory reset. my system is running on 1.99 and 4.04 ice cream.
After resetting, screen comes up with the update warning that lasts 8 seconds, you can either choose update later or update now, after i click either choice the maxisys app crashes and crashes.
I have forced stopped, clear cache and all and still maxysis system crashes and crashes, whats up next????
